I just knew I needed a low carb dinner, because I have really overdone it on carbs that day!
All the ingredients you need for this dish are always in stock at my house, so this was a easy one for me. So I broiled it and put them on a plate, went to the dining room and my hubby instantly started making fun of how this would never be enough!
Let me tell you, he gave up after 1.5 halves and even I had to fight, to eat it all. So full of flavor and so filling, I am in love with this dish
