Jelly Bean Applesauce Cookies

jelly bean applesauce cookies recipe

While cleaning out my candy box yesterday, I found some jelly beans that I have since eastern!
I totally forgot about them and no one really eats them here, because there is too much good baked stuff in this house.
So the only choice I had besides throwing them away, was baking something with them. And since I was running out of cookies anyway, I just baked some healthy applesauce cookies with jelly beans in them ;)

They look nice and taste funny ;)
Definitely not what you expect, if someone is asking you if you want to eat a cookie! Cookie texture with jelly bean taste is definitely something special and for sure wonderful for every kids birthday!
