Pork chops are way cheaper than a pork roast and the meat gets as soft and smooth as your roast would.
We Germans usually eat pork chops seared in a skillet with Sauerkraut and mashed potatoes, but I had a busy day, so I decided to throw them in the slow cooker and hope for the best :)
I of course forgot the buns, so I cooked some noodles real quick and had an amazing meal (my husband loved it and ate the leftover the next day on some bread). So it's cheap, easy and super delicious
