hot chocolate marshmallow brownies
This is the perfect winter treat! One of the all-time favorites (hot chocolate) turned into a wonderful dessert.

Nesquik instead of cocoa powder is what makes the difference here! And finished off with some marshmallow cream this treat is one of my new favorites!
If you like it more marshmallowy simply place some marshmallows on top of the brownie for the last 5 minutes of baking :)
Want it more fudgy and chocolaty, add 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips!
You see, one again everything is possible and this is just meant as a basic recipe. I would love to hear what personal twist you will give them!

What you need

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Nesquik Chocolate Milk Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 small jar marshmallow cream
How you make it

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F
  • Line a 8 inch brownie pan with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl combine sugar, butter, water, eggs and vanilla, stir until smooth
  • Add flour, Nesquik, baking powder and salt and stir until just combined
  • Spread into the brownie pan
  • Fill marshmallow cream into a piping (icing) bag and place 4 thick lines lengthwise on the brownie batter
  • Now take a fork and swirl it in
  • Bake for 30 minutes and let cool completely before serving (I can never wait and eat them warm already)
