Fudgy Super Low Fat Hot Brownie Squares



Yep, this is a treat where you can easily put some whipped ream or ice cream on top and still don’t have to feel guilty!
They say fat is a flavor carrier – well, they haven’t had my Fudgy Hot Brownies yet :)
No butter, no oil, no nut butter, but so full of flavors with a great texture, simply addicting!

I love white chocolate so I sprinkled some on top, but of course you can leave them away or substitute with nuts or dark chocolate. However you like it!
Fact is, this is a healthy, fudgy, incredibly tasty brownie, that no one will believe it’s good for your shape :)

Fudgy Super Low Fat Hot Brownie Squares
Recipe type: Dessert
What you need
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons black bean puree (simply mashed black beans)
  • 1 cup milk, fat free
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips, optional
How you make it
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F
  2. Line a 8 inch brownie pan with parchment paper
  3. In a large bowl bring together flour, sugar, honey,salt, baking powder, black bean puree and milk
  4. Stir until well combined
  5. Place batter in brownie pan and spread out
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
  8. Let cool for 15 minutes, then serve warm, maybe with some ice cream on top :)
