White Chocolate Bottomed Nutella Strawberry Cream Rice Krispy Treats

I planned on making Nutella rice krispies, but you know me and I can’t just make simple rice krispies, I am always on the look for great flavor and texture combos (don’t even ask what I have in the oven right now haha).

So a nice topping had to be created and after figuring out it would be a strawberry cream one, I still felt the need for more and went with a white chocolate crust 😉

I’m pretty sure you can imagine how well these flavors go together and if you have never had frosting on your rice krispies, then you are missing out on something!
Hurry into the kitchen and try them – you won’t go back to eating them without!

  • ¾ cup Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sour cream,

  1. Cover the bottom and the sides of your 8 inch baking pan with transparent foil
  2. Melt chocolate in the microwave and spread out evenly onto the bottom of your baking pan (layer will be very thin)
  3. Place in fridge until you are done with the rice
  4. Place rice cereal in a large bowl
  5. In a small saucepan combine corn syrup, Nutella and vanilla
