I know how crazy this fudge sounds, but it is amazing!
I got some Blueberry Jalapeno Preserves from YayPRIMO and wanted to put it in something special! Everyone can spread it on bread or use it as a dip, and since I am not everyone, I had to come up with something 😉

Well, YayPRIMO Preserves are 100% natural and vegan friendly, so why not turning it into a healthy fudge?! That’s pretty much how my Blueberry Jalapeno Penut Butter Fudge came alive.

4 simple ingredients, 2 minutes preparing, 15 minutes freezing and you are good to go! This is a freezer fudge, so you will eat it right out of the freezer. There is no need to thaw it! The coconut oil won’t let it get hard, just firm enough to be a fudge 😉

Of course you can substitute any other preserves here, but if you want to have something unusual, try this one :)

What you need
  • 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 heaping tablespoons blueberry jalapeno preserves*
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • *made with YayPRIMO Specialty Foods 100% natural and vegan friendly Preserves
How you make it
  1. In a medium bowl mic together all ingredients (with an electric mixer) until smooth
  2. Pour into a container and freeze

(You eat that fudge right out of the freezer, no need to thaw it first)
